My daughter and her friend loved their overnight stay at Hinc Domus! They were wonderful hosts! I asked my daughter what rating I should give for the review and she said 5 stars is not enough :) she would give 10 stars! Giovanni was an incredible communicator! Right from the booking through the entire stay - the best!

Absolutely the best hosts in the world. Not only did they stay up incredibly late into the evening to welcome us when the flights were delayed, but they gave us so much information and help to make our stay perfect. They went above and beyond. Hinc Domus was perfect in every way and we recommend staying here with these wonderful hosts. Thank you so so much again!

Absolutely fantastic. The place was easy to get to from the train and central to the city. The host were amazing! They were super responsive and provided the most amazing recommendations. Their “personal favorites” itinerary tips made our trip 10000x better! We went to several restaurants and attractions they listed. It was super helpful and we got to see a local side of the city which was the best! It was a short trip but so so worth it. If we come back to Venice we would absolutely stay here again.

Rankings on here go from one to five stars, but this one deserves the full 10. Giovanni and Sara are Superhosts in the true sense of the word - very professional, super friendly and accommodating, and always, always accessible through messages and in any situation helpful and kind. The room-with-bathroom is very clean and modern/nordic in terms of furnishing. The walk-out-window leads to a lovely little balcony that even has sun in the afternoon! The location in town is spectacularly practical. Once you find your way around, it's super easy to hop on and off the ferries at Riva de Biasio or San Stae and go everywhere in a few minutes. It has been a wonderful weekend - thank you so much, guys!

The most amazing stay in the most amazing accommodation. The location was absolutely perfect we were right in the heart of Venice. The room was modern, clean and most importantly had air conditioning!! Our amazing host gave us a full itinerary highlighting the best parts which made the trip that much better!

Giovanni is an excellent host. Very soft spoken and gave clear instructions before the check in to find the place. The place is absolutely gorgeous and super clean. We stayed in the room with balcony and loved every bit of it. Felt exactly how i dreamt of when i thought of Venice. He gave us great recommendations and also helped us with the luggage, which was super kind. Would love to visit again when we’re back to Venice!

In summary, my stay at Hinc Domus was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a beautifully designed apartment, excellent location, top-tier amenities, and outstanding service makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home.

Giovanni and Sara are awesome hosts! The property was perfectly located on the path from the train station (8min) to Rialto (15min) or Piazza San Marco (20min) in a very quiet neighbourhood. Everything was clean and beautifully made. Bed was very comfy. Bag. drop-off is no issue as well. Can't recommend Hinc Domus enough!
Claudio
It is close to transportation (e.g., water bus, bus station, train station, etc) and in a more traditional neighborhood away from lots of tourists with lots of amazing eateries nearby. The air conditioning was also top notch. Giovanni was so kind and assured we had a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend! Giovanni and Sara were excellent hosts—very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The list of restaurants and sights they provided was outstanding; my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed their recommendations. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, yet still conveniently located.

A really lovely place to stay. High quality, clean and comfortable accomodation. Giovanni made check in extremely easy, with great directions and instructions. I was able to leave my bag after checkout which was very useful. The recommended itinerary and restaurant recommendations provided were fantastic!

We've been to Venice a couple of times but this has to be the best accommodation we stayed in: impeccably clean, very modern with excellent equipment, and an adorable host who was always here to answer our questions and needs.

I have never wanted to stay at a reservation longer than originally reserved for however as soon as I was greeted Giovanni’s energy was more than welcoming. His and Sara’s hospitality exudes from every corner of their lodging!

Venice couldn’t have been Venice without this amazing, quaint, beautiful, stylish and clean room. The balcony was so peaceful and a perfect start to our adventures in Venice. Our hosts gave us an amazing itinerary, made us feel like locals. The shower was off the charts.

This place had a lot of good reviews… and for a good reason. Located in the not too busy and not too far area of Venice, this beautiful place has everything needed to get around. We also followed their recommendations of places to visit and must see. That added a super plus to our short stay in Venice.

This is the best accommodation in Venice ! For the price and location and quality of the space, it is unmatched. Giovanni checked me in personally and built me a tailored itinerary for my time in Venice. The private balcony was amazing and the space was so quiet and clean and bright.

What you see is what you get! I give Sara & Giovanni a 10/10. I’ve stayed at a lot of accommodation and theirs is a top favorite now! I would definitely stay there again. Best bed I’ve slept in aside from my own. I loved their personal touch with giving recommendations and a map to assist. I can’t say enough! Stay here you won’t regret it.

Loved loved loved Giovanni and Sara’s place. I loved my room and how efficient and clean every aspect of it was. The large bathroom is fantastic and very modern. Stepping onto the small terrace off my room and seeing the grand canal down on the right was pretty incredible. Also, the access to the vaporetto being only a short walk is ideal. It’s one of the best places I’ve found in Italy and can’t wait to stay there again. Thanks for everything!
Dennis
Sara and Giovanni's home is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in! The room looked exactly like the picture they have taken. Great water pressure and comfy sheets. Look nowhere else. Just book yourself here! No regrets definitely!

I had a fantastic stay at Hinc Domus. Giovanni was very friendly and send through lots of helpful instructions and recommendations for Venice. The location is great, walkable to major sights and in a beautiful and peaceful part of town. My room was cosy and clean and it was excellent value.

You don’t want to plan your stay in Venice or you simply don’t have time for it - no worries - Hinc Domus will give not just the perfect spot to live, but also will prepare you for the 3 day journey through the city. Just follow the instructions. Perfect location, friendly hosts.

I could write an essay about everything that made my stay impeccable! In short, I enjoyed a central, polished, and calm location—sleep and sunrise were always sweet. Fresh fruit markets, cafes, bakeries, transportation (including the train station), and a Coop grocery store are short and picturesque strolls away. In addition to the spaciousness, cleanliness, and quality amenities, accurately described and shown in the listing's photos, I experienced prompt, warm, and detailed remote and in-person communication. Giovanni and Sara reflect the extraordinary magic of Venice by wholeheartedly taking care of their guests—an immeasurable value indeed. Hinc Domus is an absolute gem!
